How much is the 1988 Donruss Baseball’s Best Baseball card set worth?
I don’t have a Beckett handy and was wondering what a mint condition set of the 1988 Donruss Baseball’s Best Baseball card set is worth?
Amazon is selling the entire season set for $29.95

The problem with cards from 1987-1991 is that the market saw the value, based on historic cards and produced thousands and thousands of sets which decreased their value. Once the card companies realized this mistake, they started offering special “insert cards”. These are sub set numbered cards which have value because of their limited number. Unfortunately, you are in the same boat as I am. I have a Tops rookie Bonds that is worth about $5. It was worth $6 until the steroid talk surfaced. There are just too many of these cards out there to make them valuable….sorry!
